About The Clip

We're a small, family-run business based in Brisbane, Australia. No warehouse full of employees, no corporate backing — just a family who got tired of buying hair clips that looked cute for a week and then gave up.

It started with the same complaint most people have but never really question: why does a hair clip have to hurt to work? Every clip we owned held on through raw clamping force — teeth digging in, springs straining, a dull headache by the afternoon we just accepted as normal. So we set out to build one that didn't do that.

The Clip swaps the old spring-and-teeth mechanism for a slim magnetic closure. No pinch points, no pressure on your scalp, and nothing to wear out or snap after a few months of daily use. It's a small change in how a clip works, but it's made a bigger difference to our actual, everyday lives than we expected — which is exactly why we wanted to share it.
